For over twenty-five years, Luigi Verga Orologi has placed customer care at the center of its philosophy, guaranteeing attentive and expert assistance. With this spirit, the in-house technical workshop represents the true beating heart of the boutique, a place where every timepiece receives the dedication it deserves.
Inaugurated in 1997 together with the store, the workshop was created with the goal of offering highly professional maintenance, capable of preserving the beauty, functionality, and value of each watch over time.
The service workshop is staffed by qualified technicians authorized by Rolex and trained directly by the Maison. Every intervention is carried out following official procedures and, when required, using original parts, thereby ensuring the integrity and authenticity of the watch.
Alongside maintenance and repair services, the workshop also provides support for other prestigious Swiss brands in collaboration with their respective technical centers. The after-sales service additionally includes a wide selection of leather straps, also available made to measure, and metal bracelet adjustments, offering the highest level of personalization and optimal comfort.
Temporary closure of the boutique
The Luigi Verga Orologi boutique at Corso Vercelli 19 in Milan will be closed to the public in January and February 2026 for a restyling project. Throughout the renovation period, the workshop and after-sales services will remain fully operational and available to customers at a new temporary store located in Galleria di Corso Vercelli 23, Milan.
